- Organization and management of press conferences and media relations activities.
- Preparation of professional press kits, available in both digital and printed formats.
- Follow-up with the press and management of event visibility, ensuring continuous media coverage throughout the event.
- Digital and social media communication, and development of an editorial plan.
- Creation of a dedicated page on our website.
- Planning and management of advertising campaigns (ADV) across various channels, including print and web, to amplify the event’s reach.
- Posting of posters in public spaces and transport, distribution of flyers in the local area.
- Targeted promotion, with personalized invitations to industry operators, specific audiences, local residents, and associations active in the relevant area.
- Preparation of regular and final press reviews.

Logistical & Organizational Support
- Identifying the most suitable location in Venice or throughout Italy for the exhibition or event.
- Translation and interpretation services to accommodate international guests and participants.
- Coordination and management of suppliers, catering, and security for exhibitions.
- Organizing Vernissage and Finissage events to ensure a memorable opening and closing experience.
- Planning and executing collateral events such as conferences, concerts, and artist meet-and-greets to maintain high visibility throughout the exhibition.
