“ARTEOLOGIA: Ethical Art in Dialogue Between Past and Future”

National Archaeological Museum of Venice
24.05 – 12.09.2018

The National Archaeological Museum of Venice hosted the installation project “Arteologia,” curated by Sandro Orlandi Stagl and produced by ARTantide.com Gallery.

The project interpreted the museum’s space in harmony with the permanent collection’s artifacts, promoting artworks with a strong social responsibility. “Arteologia” challenged artists to create works that could offer insights for future archaeologists.

Michelangelo Pistoletto, renowned for his social and artistic commitment, was the guest of honor. The exhibition featured works by 13 artists from the Arte Etica Movement and special guest Patrizia Dalla Valle.

The Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Venezia, part of the Polo Museale del Veneto, warmly embraced this initiative, merging ethical awareness with classical culture.
